At Edition Bossard Wettstein, you have the right to return your ordered products for 30 days of the order date if they do not meet your expectations. The product must be intact and the original packaging (if available) must be enclosed. Personalized items are excluded from return.
You can also return damaged items for 30 days after the order date, provided that the damage did not occur after you have received the shipment.
You must register all your returns via our website (edition.bossardwettstein.com). We will check the case first and then contact you with instructions on how to return the product(s).
If you return a product, you may get a refund in the form of a voucher code for it. You can redeem those on our online shop for 24 months. These voucher codes are non-transferable and you must treat them confidentially. We may be unable to provide you with voucher codes you lost.
