Edition Bossard Wettstein is a business unit of Bossard Wettstein GmbH [About Bossard Wettstein GmbH]. The contractual partner for all transactions and contracts is therefore Bossard Wettstein GmbH. By placing an order via the store of Edition Bossard Wettstein, you accept these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Bossard Wettstein GmbH.
The products displayed in the online store (store) are for presentation purposes and do not constitute a contractual offer. When you order a product in the store, you are making a binding offer and you will immediately receive a confirmation from us via e-mail. All offers in the online store include the corresponding VAT. Edition Bossard Wettstein then makes the goods available for shipment and the purchase contract is concluded.
The availability of the ordered items is reserved and Edition Bossard Wettstein has the right to refuse orders without giving reasons. Delivery shall be made via the postal service or a corresponding service. If the goods are imported into third countries, additional costs such as customs duty, handling fee, etc. may be incurred and shall be borne by the customer. The shipping options displayed and their estimated shipping costs, which are charged at the conclusion of the purchase, may vary in reality. If there is a variation in the expected and actual price, the customer will be refunded the difference (if the difference is greater than CHF 10.00) or the difference will be charged to the customer.
Payments must be made in advance (Apple Pay, credit card, bank payment, etc.) and until full payment of all costs, the ordered products remain the property of Edition Bossard Wettstein. Edition Bossard Wettstein reserves the right to exclude any warranty or liability to the extent permitted by law.
The data you enter will be treated confidentially. Third-party providers who access the data in connection with the operation of the store (post office, etc.) regulate their handling of the corresponding data independently and Bossard Wettstein GmbH cannot be held liable for this.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Bossard Wettstein GmbH, which operates the store and the Bossard Wettstein Edition. These GTC may be amended by Bossard Wettstein GmbH at any time.
